Eye makeup tip (I have SUPER SMALL EYES)?

I have a small eyes and people say I look chinese because of it. I wana fix it. HELP
white eyeliner did not work with me

White eyeliner maybe was too bright for your skin colour. Instead of going white maybe you should go for a peachy tone to make it look more natural. Put concealer on under your eyes to hide your dark circles. You can put a light shimmery eyeshadow on your lid to lighten it up. Then put a little bit of a silvery eyeshadow to the inner corners of your lids to brighten them up. Curl your eyelashes and put mascara on. If you want you can put eyeliner on your top lashline and wing it out just a bit. I dont’ suggest putting eyeliner on your bottom lid. However if you must. Line it 2/3 from outter corner. Don’t line it all the way in as it will make your eyes look smaller.
