Does Smokey eye makeup designed exclusively for brown eyes?

I have blue / green eyes. I love the whole smoky color. I wonder if look good, not goth / heavy on me. I have small eyes, definitely not big / wide eyes. I would like to display an image, but above all do not know how create one, and I do not want to give up my identity. So it would be nice, would fit the eye of Smokey blue eyes? Thanks .. Absolutely. No matter what color, you can always do smoky eye. Just do it the right way. I have a similar situation with you and works wonderfully. Simply apply a little dark purple / gray / blue etc around your eyes and mascara wear black. false eyelashes would be better disclosure of its length, but if this is not possible, you may wan't to see a beauty consultant.
